Arrival and Departure Airport Whitehorse
We will pick you up at the Whitehorse airport punctually and will bring you back in time.
After arrival we will be shopping for food and our personal stuff, and then - up it goes - towards Indian Creek our base ranch. The length of this ride is approx. 3 hours, first along the Alaska Hwy. towards the south, then we turn to the right and follow the Atlin Road.
That road leads us along the the Atlin Lakes (Little Atlin Lake 38km, Atlin Lake 128km).
Beautiful panoramic view of Atlin Mountains are promised.
After passing the provincial border from the Yukon to B.C. we have to drive for another 30km and will finally arrive at our breathtaking and remotely located base ranch at Indian Creek.
Those who are eager for a short trip or some fishing in a close surrounding: "just go ahead". There is daylight until 1am in the summer months.
The following morning we will sleep in.
During a hearty bear- or moose roast (bad luck for vegetarians!) we will discuss all the important things ….. phase to sniff at each other.
The first tour will be prepared and - off we go the following day!
Your accommodation will be in homey and cosy log houses.
Hope you will not be scared away by some horses, llamas and dogs
